Define before we begin
We establish the work, material responsibilities, installation conditions, and handoffs that belong in the project agreement. Clear expectations support better decisions.
Our foundation
Construction is a series of commitments: to the scope, to the people doing the work, and to the team that will use the finished space. That perspective guides Nate Development.

New Braunfels · Since 2004
Serj Natekin founded Nate Development in New Braunfels, Texas, in 2004 with a commitment to quality, integrity, and lasting working relationships.
The company’s roots in custom-home construction developed into broader work across multifamily, commercial, hospitality, education, and renovation projects. That background provides a practical understanding of how individual trades connect to the complete building.
Today, our commercial focus brings together cabinetry, countertops, storage, tile, millwork, flooring, furnishings, and interior buildout and renovation scopes. We work with general contractors, developers, owners, and facility teams to define the right package for the project.
Clear responsibilities. Direct communication. Attention through completion.

The whole project. Every detail.
A finished interior depends on more than the visible installation. It depends on the decisions and handoffs that make the work possible.
We consider field conditions, approved details, material responsibilities, and the sequence of adjoining trades. A cabinet package has to work with the counters. A renovation has to account for the existing building. A facility project has to respect the way the site operates.
Our role is to make those connections clear, carry out the agreed scope with care, and communicate when a decision or changed condition needs attention.

We establish the work, material responsibilities, installation conditions, and handoffs that belong in the project agreement. Clear expectations support better decisions.
We work within the project’s communication and scheduling process. Field conditions and trade interfaces are addressed with the people responsible for resolving them.
We review the completed scope, identify remaining items, and coordinate the final adjustments that connect installation to turnover.
Texas reach. Defined capabilities.
Our home is New Braunfels. Our core region connects San Antonio, Austin, and Central Texas, with statewide opportunities reviewed around scope, schedule, and logistics.
For industrial and advanced manufacturing clients, our focus is the commercial interior that supports the facility: offices, staff spaces, training areas, and related finishes. We engage with owners and their general contractors through the qualifications and requirements of each opportunity.
From an individual installation scope to a broader interior package, we begin the same way: understand the project, define the responsibilities, and agree on the next step.
Review our capabilitiesCommercial clients need to understand who will perform the work, how that work fits the project, and what the company is prepared to commit to. Our approach begins with a defined role and a practical understanding of the building around the installation.
Nate Development installs cabinetry and casework manufactured by others. That distinction is important: the cabinet supplier is responsible for producing the product, while our agreed installation scope addresses the site layout, field fit, attachment, adjustment, and coordination with surrounding work. The same clarity is applied to delivery, material handling, and the responsibilities of other trades.
Our broader service offering connects supplied cabinets with countertops, storage, tile, architectural millwork, flooring, furnishing installation, and defined interior buildout or renovation work. The right combination depends on the drawings and contracting approach. A project can begin with one installation scope or a discussion about several related interior packages.
A general contractor may need a clearly bounded subcontract that follows a larger construction schedule. An owner may need help defining the installation work within an existing property. A facility team may begin with an operational need and site requirements. We use the first conversation to understand which relationship the project requires.
From there, the agreement should establish the work, assumptions, contact structure, material responsibilities, and handoffs. We value direct communication about the details that affect installation. When conditions change, the project team needs usable information and a clear decision path so the work can proceed on an agreed basis.
Our company history began in New Braunfels in 2004 under founder Serj Natekin. That foundation in construction informs how we look at commercial interiors today: individual finish scopes sit within a larger sequence of design decisions, purchasing, building work, and owner preparation.
A cabinet installer needs to know what the countertop team requires. A floor installation must account for door clearances and the trades that follow. A renovation needs to connect new materials to retained construction. We bring these questions into the scope conversation because they affect how the finished space comes together.
For a new opportunity, send the project location, requested work, design information, and key dates. If the buyer has a formal qualification process, include the checklist and procurement contact. We review the requirements for that specific package rather than treating a general capability statement as the entire evaluation.
Relevant project information, references, current documentation, and commercial terms belong in that direct review. The website introduces the company and its services; the project conversation establishes the actual fit, responsibilities, and commitment. That is how we aim to build working relationships that can continue beyond an individual installation.
